After you place your order, your ring will be custom-made with the details and preferences you've requested. When it's ready, we'll deliver it to your door for free.

Walk-ins are always welcome to view the collection. For the best experience (and our undivided attention), we recommend booking a free 30-minute appointment at the showroom in Chicago, as wedding band style consultations and ring fittings are not guaranteed for walk-ins.

We can help you place your order in-store, but we do not keep products on-hand for purchase. Each ring is made to order and delivered for free within 5-10 business days. If you need your ring faster, shipping may be expedited at checkout. We offer 30-day returns or exchanges (though engraved rings cannot be returned or exchanged).
